Chef's Studio Withdraws Funding Requests
Washington, DC, Nov 3rd, 2006 -- Alan Simpson, President of Chef's TV Inc., the parent company of Chef's TV and Chef's Studio announced that the 2006 requests for funding have been withdrawn. Initial negotiations had indicated that $2.6 million would be available, with a further $50 million on launch of the satellite based network. Speaking of the disapointment to the postponement of the broadcast network Alan Simpson commented, "The new technologies in the pipeline make going ahead with a traditional TV Network risky. The whole concept is being reviewed as more and more interest is shown in Chef's TV from China, India and around the world." Chef's TV and Chef's Studio are working with technology developers to create the next generation of food television for entertainment and culinary education. ### |
